When can I move in?
Move-in anytime during normal access hours as long as space is available.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 30-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
Do you offer conference room services?
Yes, we have a conference/meeting room that is available to be rented. Please see our Conference Room page or contact us for details.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a check or money order. You can also make a payment through our website. where you can also set up autopay. We also have a kiosk available on-site where payments can be made.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Checks, money orders, cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.
Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Yes, we have blue flatbed dollies that are available in our temperature-control buildings that are accessible to our temperature-control customers.
We also have a dolly in the office that our customers can use during office hours.
Do you have a commercial shredder on-site?
We sure do. Our shredder is available for use for our customers to shred documents. It is only $15 for each time the shredder box is emptied. Please contact us for details.
